Without Excess is a personal finance blog written and maintained by me, Grant Howard. I am a 24 year old who is trying to find the path of least resistance to financial freedom. I bought my first and current house at age 22 after spending a year out of college in an apartment. At age 23, I started SprocketBox Ltd. Co. as a holding company for my freelance web design work. It has become a psuedo-goal to do something financially beneficial each year.

I started Without Excess.com to share my successes and failures with anyone who is interested in improving their financial health. I am not a financial expert or adviser, all information is shared only with hopes that it may motivate others to become proactive with their own situations.
